A keen gardener since childhood Sam is interested in exploring the relationship between landscape, culture and art. On graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2012 Sam was awarded The Rosie Reynolds Prize for Innovative Design. Prior to working at DPS Sam worked at Gensler and then LDA Design, where he was exposed to a number of historically important landscapes including the Brompton Cemetery and Wimbledon Park. He is utilising this experience and his interest in design and material iinnovation on a number of private residential and public landscape commissions.
